Who is Posh Pagez?
Posh Pagez is a web and graphic design business specializing in branding your identity on the web. We create a certain look for your company, one that flows with the type of business you run.
Posh Pagez offers fun, unique, whimsical, eye catching, and most importantly tasteful designs for your online business. If I wouldn't put it on my site then I won't put it on yours.
We are consistent with the quality of work we provide and it shows in our portfolio. Please have a look for yourself and you will see.
Posh Pagez does NOT offer flash or animation web design. Why ... because everyone doesn't have a high speed connection and why in the world would you want to lose a potential client because you didn't make your site friendly for all?
Your site should not over power your company and I am a firm believer in this. Sometimes more is just that, more! Your products should sell, not your overload of graphics.

Regardless
if you read this or not, you MUST leave the credit line intact if you
purchase a Posh Pagez web design. If at any time this is removed you
will receive a friendly email reminder from me that you need to put it
back up. If this is not done further action will be taken as this is a
legal agreement. I try to make the credit line very small so that it is not annoying in any way.

ANY template/html/graphics purchased from Posh Pagez & Co. is owned by Posh Pagez and you must abide by the rules and regulations to use our designs. All though you may pay for a web design it does not, in any way, mean that you are the sole owner. You AND Posh Pagez own the site. You may NOT take the html code that Posh Pagez created and use it in any other way other than the design it was made for. This means that you may not buy a web design, insert your own background graphics, images, and then call this your OWN. Posh Pagez creates the html code for these web designs therefore they are just as copyrighted as graphics are. Also, please do not take the graphics, start changing them around and doing crazy things with them, and then put them back up on your site. Leave them intact please. Please respect my terms of use and if ever you have any questions about them feel free to email me. I promise I don't bit :)

I think it's obvious, without my having to state on every page of my site, that my graphics are copyright and they are not for the taking. So heed the warning ... don't take anything on this site that does not belong to you. You will get caught and this I promise. Thanks for your understanding!
Updates
When you purchase a web design from Posh Pagez this does not mean that you get free graphics or updates for life. Sorry to have to say that but it is true. I have to charge for updates, graphics, etc otherwise I would never be able to work on any new business. It issuprising how often people want add ons or even want to change things all around and not pay a thing for it. I make my prices affordable for all of you and with that comes restrictions like this that must be in place. If you were paying $1400+ for a web design then the updates might be free of charge but here you will not pay those prices because I am not out to take complete advantage of other WAHM. I respect the WAHM so please respect me as well as I am to a WAHM. Updates are $30 per hour with a one hour minimum.
There is also a time frame for editing a design. Customers need to havea clear vision in the beginning of what they want and besure to explain it to us very clearly so that we are on the same page.

Other Artists
I support other artists. Not only am a graphic designer myself and have been for many many years but I also buy and support other graphic designers as well. Some times you will find that I use other graphic designers illustrations in my premade designs and a few elements in custom designs as well. Generally you will notice a credit link at the bottom when I do this. All most all female graphics that you will find now for sale are done by Posh Pagez & Co. and especially with the more expensive Premade Designs. You may notice a bike, a chandelier, some other element in the Premade designs that I have purchased and it clearly states that at the bottom.
SEO Optimization
Over the past few months I have been studying more and more about SEO optimization and how to make your site get the hits it should. I don't claim to be the expert in this field, however I would like to state here that my SEO score is just as high as the rest, which means I must be doing something correct. These people who claim to be these SEO experts don't have any higher ratings than most others, including myself, so be careful about these claims. People will try to sell you on their expertise even if they aren't a true expert in the field. And then they want you to pay for it??
