Ok, so here is my work schedule. Things are picking back up, yipppeeee!  I was off for such a long time that I was afraid that everyone had forgotten me but it's picking right back up and I am so excited about that. I am receiving some OOAK premade requests, which is great!

I found the absolute neatest mouse ever and I just have to share. When I find things that I believe in I love to tell the world. Just like my IMAC computer ... I should own stock in Apple for all the IMAC's I have helped to sell :)

Anyway, it's a Kensington SlimBlade MediaMouse. It ran about $60 at Circuit City. It's great because it is almost flat. Who was the person who invented these stupid mice with these ridiculously HIGH arches? Why would anyone think that position is a "normal" or even "comfortable" position for your hand?  Especially for woman ... I mean hellllooooo!  So I  have been on a mission for years now to
find the perfect mouse and I think I have.  I draw my graphics with my mouse, not a pen tablet, so it's very important that I love the one I have.  Now I do :)

Ok, while I am on the whole best of the best product mode ... I can't leave out number one here!  My one, my only true love. My IMAC! I think I should finally name it too since I love it so much, hmmmm.  Kind of like men and their cars or "other" things.  Oh Gosh ... let's NOT get started on that.

So here it is ... the IMAC. Slim, beautiful, runs like a dream, doesn't break down, shut off, runs seamlessly in between applications, and doesn't send you to "jail"

for those "illegal operations" you performed.  And best of all ... little to no viruses are made for these apple computers. They say that even IF a virus gets in they aren't near as bad as the windows viruses that can literally crash your system. Yea, I know they are expensive. But you know what, worth EVERY penny and then some. Oh and the photo of it ... you ask where is the modem, the guts, the big box? Well it's right before your very eyes. The whole computer is in the monitor. That's it ... sweeeeeeettttthuh!!!!

As I am sure some of you have realized, I have made a lot of changes to Posh Pagez & Co.  First of all we have a brand new name. I decided to drop the whole "designz" name for several reasons and I felt like"girly" was just too generic. So Posh Pagez & Co. is our new name and I think it fits the style of web designs I create.

I am trying to add a new female graphic to each page on the site. It's taking some time to create all these graphics but I felt like it would be something interesting for our customers AND it would help to show off what I am able to create. I am not just a web designer, I am a graphic designer to.  I use a combination of graphics, sometimes I purchase graphics from my friends, but from now on you are only going to see unique, original Posh Pagez & Co. female graphics on this site for sale. That way you know you are getting an original female graphic. I am also trying to come up with some different layouts and overall themes. I want my customers to have original designs and at a price they can afford.

Enjoy the new look of our site and be sure to click on all the pages because almost every page has a female graphic.

Oh, I  have a little info for everyone. Have you ever wondered who owns what domain? Who purchased a certain domain, who went in and took your domain, etc?  Well, go to whois.domaintools.com and click on the arrow at the top next to "whois". It will expand and you will be able to type in the web address you are inquiring about.  For instance you can do a search for "girlydesignz.net" and then "girlydesignz.com". Those were both my old domains but I

lost the .com because I didn't renew while my Son and I were sick and had to have surgeries last year.  Always set your domains to "auto renew" ever year or two. There are really mean people in the world who will go in and snatch up your domain if they have one moment to do so, no matter what the circumstances. Now all my domains renew automatically and no one will ever take them from beneath me now :)

Some of you may think I am nuts for saying this but you have to expect it. I am a graphic and web designer so I am on the computer quite a bit. Both of my children love computers. My 9 year old has had her own computer for near four years now.  She started loving computers at avery young age, probably 2, and I let her play on mine. I have since switched to IMAC computers because of the business I run. They aren't cheap, which I am sure most people know. So to let my little ones on my computer is not exactly something I like to do. My almost 3 year old son has now shown a HUGE interest in computers.  Matter of
fact it has become the daily fight to keep him off of Mommy's computer.  So this past week we bought him his very first IMAC. We found a reallygreat man who sells old apple computers. It's a Imac G3, which you can find for quite cheap these days. Between $100 - $200 dollars. Not bad for a child's computer. Anyway, thought I would tell everyone about it because it has really surprised me. It's turned out to be a really good little computer and I am quite impressed with it. So if any of you Moms, or Dads, are thinking of getting a computer for your child this is a great little first computer for sure.
We have a new Artist in the Family I am happy to announce.  My Daughter created this last week.  She is nine years old so given her age I think this is quite impressive.  I was so proud that I told her I would post it on my site :0  It's sort of grainy from the scan and having to resize but you get the picture :0

The battle of the MOLD continues.  We have found the absolute greatest Doctor.  Anyway, we're going to him in a few weeks.  He has a lot of free literature on his site AND ebooks available for download.  If anyone you know, or yourself, has dealt with mold please go to this site because it may literally save your life!
